CG Solutions has been trusted to design, deliver, and install the structural frame for Viridum, a new and attractive housing project in Telefonplan, Stockholm.
The project covers around 18,000 square meters and includes 147 modern apartments. Installation work will start in week 22 and is expected to continue until April 2027.
Viridum has been designed by the architecture firms Kjellander Sjöberg and ORIGO Arkitekter together with the construction company Consto. The project has a strong focus on both architecture and sustainability. Viridum will be certified according to BREEAM Excellent, which ensures a high standard for both environmental performance and energy efficiency.
The apartments range from larger family homes to smart and compact studio apartments, and many of them will have balconies or private patios. Residents will also have access to garage parking with EV charging stations.
Move-in is planned for summer 2027, and we are proud to help develop Telefonplan into an even more attractive and lively area. A big thank you to Consto for the trust!
