CG Solutions has been entrusted with contributing to the construction of Lyktan Parking Garage in Vega for Devoco Building AB and Stena Fastigheter.
Our scope includes the design, production and assembly of the building’s load-bearing structure. The delivery includes concrete walls, both three-layer walls and solid single-layer walls, as well as concrete columns, beams and slabs.
The design phase is now complete, and production is in full progress. Assembly is planned to start in winter 2026 and is expected to take approximately 13 weeks. The project includes around 1,500 m² of assembly area, while the total area of the concrete slabs is approximately 8,000 m². The delivery also includes more than 300 m³ of concrete columns and beams.
Lyktan Parking Garage will have 284 parking spaces, including 85 spaces for electric vehicles, and is expected to be completed in early 2027. The project is part of Stena Fastigheter’s long-term development of Vega, where a new district with approximately 3,500 homes is taking shape.
