Tullholmsviken
Karlstad is growing and in collaboration with Consto AB we have since 2020 contributed to creating over 900 apartments.
The project includes the full responsibility for assembly and delivery of steel, concrete walls, and floors for blocks 3, 4, and 7 in Tullholmsviken. These blocks will include residential buildings, commercial spaces, parking garages, and pleasant outdoor environments for residents and visitors. The development of Karlstad’s city center is an initiative by Magnolia Bostad AB, and the project is being carried out in collaboration with Consto AB. Assembly is scheduled to be completed by spring 2024.
