The project comprises the construction of a new hotel with a reinforced concrete frame over three storeys plus a basement level CG Solutions is responsible for both the design and installation of the structural frame
Groundworks are currently in progress and installation of the structural frame is scheduled to commence in June 2026 with an estimated erection period of approximately ten weeks Once completed the hotel will offer 120 hotel rooms a restaurant a spa and eight detached bungalows
