Stockfallet Nursing Home
Work on Stockfallet’s new care home in Karlstad began at the turn of the year 2024-2025. The new care home will be approximately 10,000 square meters with three buildings on two floors and a total of 72 apartments.
Consto is building Stockfallet’s nursing home on behalf of Karlstad Municipality and we at CG Solutions have been entrusted with the design, delivery and assembly of the frame in the building. The new building will have a hybrid frame in a combination of wood, steel and concrete. We carry out climate-saving measures on all units in our assignment.
Miljöbyggnad Silver Certification
The construction takes place in accordance with the Miljöbyggnad Silver certification, which among other things means that the concrete is at least 20% climate improved, and in some parts up to 40%.
