CG Solutions has been entrusted by Mecon Bygg AB to deliver and install the structural frame for a new parking garage in Danderyd.
The project includes the design, production, delivery, and installation of the complete precast concrete structure. Our scope of work includes engineering and structural design with 3D modeling, calculations, and drawings, as well as the production, transportation, and installation of precast concrete columns and beams, hollow-core floor slabs, solid concrete walls, sandwich walls, RD elements, concrete staircases, and terrazzo stairs with standard railings.
The parking garage is being built on the property Kv. Sprinten 3, where Werksta Danderyd operates its business. The workshop handles a large number of vehicles every week, creating an increased need for parking spaces in the area. The new parking garage will provide more parking spaces on the property and help improve the parking situation for both the business and the surrounding area.
The project is currently under construction, and the installation work is approaching its final stage. Construction started in week 17 of 2026, and the structural frame is expected to be fully installed by week 25 of 2026, followed by approximately two weeks of finishing work. The parking garage covers an area of approximately 6,000 square meters.
