At CG Solutions, we are proud to have delivered the structural frame for this excellent project in Våxtorp. The project includes the construction of a special housing facility with 40 apartments, as well as a preschool with six departments and capacity for approximately 120 children, all housed within a property of just over 5,000 m².
In addition to these functions, the building also includes a commercial kitchen, shared community spaces with a café, and a public library.
Our scope included the delivery and installation of columns, semi-precast slabs, and load-bearing façades, carried out in close collaboration with Flodén. The carefully planned sequencing between Flodén’s concrete works and our installation enabled an efficient and seamless workflow throughout the entire project.
Solgården and Bullerbyn are inspiring examples of how different functions can be brought together under one roof, something we at CG Solutions are pleased to have contributed to.
