Are you looking for new office space in Stockholm?
If so, Infinity in Hagastaden could be just the right fit. The project, developed by Castellum and built by IN3PRENÖR, is a 14-storey office building located in the Sorbonne block above the Eugeniatunneln, with planned occupancy in 2027.
The building will offer 20,000 m² of office space along with shared areas such as lounges, conference rooms, a gym, café, and reception. It will be certified to Miljöbyggnad Gold, Net Zero CO₂, and WELL Core standards.
CarlGustav Solutions is supplying the prefabricated concrete and steel frame. The hollow-core slabs are produced using ECO 50 concrete, reducing the project’s climate impact. Installation starts in week 44 of 2025 and runs until April 2026.
