A new healthcare block in Örebro
We are now starting work on Phase 2 of the Gåsen block in Örebro. Under contract from Länsgården Fastigheter, NCC is constructing an entirely new healthcare quarter in Örebro. The development will include both a healthcare center and a nursing and care facility.
At CG Solutions, we have been assigned to supply and install the structural frames for the buildings, and we are now making progress on the second phase. The frames are made of both concrete and steel.
The buildings are being constructed according to the Miljöbyggnad Silver standard, which sets high requirements for energy efficiency, proper ventilation, and healthy material choices.
