New rental apartments and preeschool in Tullholmen, Karlstad
The “Bageriet” project involves an eight-story building with 60 rental apartments and a preschool in Tullholmen, Karlstad. Bageriet is a project from Karlstad Bostads AB (KBAB) to meet the growing demand for smaller apartments and increase the number of preschool spots in the area.
The project is being carried out in collaboration with Consto AB, and our assignment involves the assembly and delivery of a steel and concrete structure. Bageriet is expected to be completed in 2025.
