Autogyron 3
Örebro Parkering has decided to construct a five-storey parking garage with a total of 250 parking spaces as well as a commercial unit on the ground floor. The building will be located in the Södra Ladugårdsängen district of Örebro and will be named Autogyron 3. The building has been designed by PE Teknik & Arkitektur, and Consto has been awarded the contract to carry out the project as a design-and-build contract. We at CG Solutions are pleased to be responsible for delivering and installing the structural frame of the parking garage.
Our scope of delivery includes:
- Concrete columns
- Concrete beams
- 3,200 m² of walls (supplied by Vrecon)
- 6,500 m² of hollow-core floor slabs (supplied by Skar Byggsystem)
- Staircases (supplied by Norbergstrappan)
As a fun fact, we can mention that during installation we are using a 250-ton crawler crane from Havator. The crane is electrically powered and is an example of both our and Consto’s environmental efforts in the project.
