We are pleased to be part of the construction of Ädelgasen 2, a new industrial property in the growing Industribyn area of Jönköping. The project comprises approximately 3,700 m² GFA distributed over three storeys and is being carried out on behalf of Blue Wall Construction AB.
CG Solutions is responsible for the design, delivery and installation of the load-bearing structure in the project. Our scope includes glulam beams, glulam columns, CLT walls, CLT floor slabs, as well as steel, HDF and TRP.
The property is being designed with flexibility to accommodate the needs of different businesses, with premises for warehousing, industrial operations, offices and showroom space.
The project is being developed in accordance with Miljöbyggnad Gold and in line with the City of Jönköping’s timber construction strategy, with high standards for sustainable material choices and energy-efficient solutions. The building will include solar panels with battery storage, EV charging stations and greywater recycling.
Groundworks are currently underway on site and we are progressing intensively with the design phase. Installation is planned to take place between week 16 and week 28, and we look forward to contributing to yet another future-proof project in Jönköping.
