Ytterby School, originally built in 1952, is now undergoing a major renovation and extension to create modern, inclusive facilities. The school will expand from 600 to 720 students in grades 7–9.
The project, covering about 11,000 m², is carried out by Vestia.
CG Solutions is delivering and installing a structural frame of approximately 40 tons of steel, 1,600 m² of hollow-core slabs, concrete stairs, and 50 m² of concrete walls.
The first phase was installed during summer break 2025 (week 28–31) to avoid disrupting school activities, and the final phase will be installed during autumn break (week 44).
