CG Solutions has been awarded the Perrongen Slakthusområdet project in Stockholm. The project consists of three parts: two residential blocks, Kv. H and Kv. K, and Slakthushallen. The two residential blocks have concrete structures that will support Moelven Byggmodul’s wooden modules.
Slakthushallen is a sports hall where large parts of the structure are located underground. This requires careful planning, design and construction, especially when it comes to the connection between the concrete structure and the ground conditions.
The design phase for Kv. H is now nearing completion, and production of the concrete elements is expected to begin soon. Work on site will start in late summer/autumn 2026. The project will be carried out in three stages, with planned breaks between each stage.
