Student housing with a focus on sustainability

259 new student apartments will be built in Kronoparken, Karlstad. The project has two sections, 13 floors and 7 floors with a combined area of approximately 10 000 m2. The project will be built with a focus on sustainability and environment and the finished building will have solar panels on the roof, geothremal heating and a climate-smart shell. In partnership with ByggDialog we will build the structure for the building which is estimated to be finished in the fall of 2022.
